Where the footprint was
Ostwold runs 140 trucks between the Midlands and the east coast ports. Diesel was 91% of its footprint, and nobody could say which routes mattered most.
What changed
Loamra matched fuel-card data to route plans. Two trunk routes carried a third of the tonne-kilometres, so Ostwold moved them to rail freight and switched the rest of the night fleet to HVO.
Where it is heading
Scope 1 fell from 44,600 to 36,570 tonnes in two years. Electric tractor units for the port shuttle are next in the plan.
Every route change shows up in the plan the next morning, with the fuel it saved.
